On Tuesday, Leo receives a science task due on Friday. He must read a short article, record three important facts, and bring one question to class. He writes the due date in his planner. On Wednesday he reads the article and highlights unfamiliar words. On Thursday he checks the meanings, chooses his facts and writes a question. When he packs his bag for Friday, he checks his planner and places the completed page in a folder. He is ready to contribute when his group discusses the article.
