Rosa moves into an apartment on Lake Road. Her new neighbour, Ben, lives across the hall. Ben introduces himself and tells Rosa that the rubbish bins are behind the building. He also shows her the laundry room downstairs. Rosa thanks him. Later, she gives Ben a small plate of biscuits. They talk about shops and buses near their building.
