I think schools should give a moderate amount of homework rather than removing it completely. Short tasks can help students review what they learned and prepare for the next lesson. However, too much homework can reduce time for sleep, exercise and family life. For example, a student who spends three hours on homework every evening may arrive at school tired and unable to concentrate. In my view, homework is useful when it has a clear purpose and can be completed in a reasonable time.
