Leo has a bad pain in his arm after falling from his bicycle. His family takes him to the hospital. At reception, they give his name and explain what happened. A nurse checks Leo’s arm and asks about the pain. Later, a doctor examines him and sends him for an X-ray. Luckily, the arm is not broken, but Leo needs to rest it for several days and avoid heavy activity.

Pick a symptom: headache, sore throat, sore ankle or stomach ache. One student is the patient and one is the doctor. Give advice, then swap roles.
