Training for a Fun Run
Read the passage, then answer the questions.

Oliver has entered a five-kilometre charity fun run that will take place next month. He is not an experienced runner, so he has made a simple training plan.
Three mornings a week, Oliver walks quickly for five minutes and then runs slowly for twenty minutes. Each week he adds a few more minutes of running. On the other days, he rests or rides his bicycle.
Oliver also pays more attention to sleep and water. He used to stay up late, but now he tries to get eight hours of sleep. He carries a water bottle to work and drinks regularly during the day.
His goal is not to win the race. He wants to finish comfortably and raise money for the local children’s hospital.
